Return and Cancellation Policy and Procedure:
- Returns are disabled for most of the products.
- We use a unique customer referral program for ordering. Many products are viewable only by customers. We do not see any reason for a customer referred by an existing customer for a product or service to exchange, cancel or return the merchandise or service. There are downloadable products in our websites that can not be returned.
- However in the rare event of return, items should be returned within 15 days from date of receipt and acceptable proof of having returned the items within 15 days should be made available (in the event of courier delays). The items should be unused and in same condition and with original packing.
- Once returned items are received at our counter, you will be notified within 3 days of having received the items at our counter and within 2 days thereafter we will notify you the result of our inspection and if our inspection conditions are full filled credit slip will be generated.
- Credit slips can be used for fresh purchase of any other items or services. If customers do not find items or services to make use of the credit slip, they can ask for payment after waiting for 30 days.
- Within 2 weeks from claim for payment, the refund will be made through proper channel.
Customers will be responsible for cost of shipping returned items and also for cost of shipping for any replaced items.
